Session 8: United Nation GDC and WSIS. Scope: The Global Digital Compact and Cooperation fosters international collaboration to address digital challenges. This session will speak to how responsibilities among government, private sector, civil society, academia, and technical experts can be shared. By establishing common standards and ethical guidelines, Nigeria can harness digital technologies, including AI, while addressing cyber threats, misinformation, data privacy, and digital exclusion among others. It will also explain the relationship between GDC and WSIS together with point of interconnect. |
